High-Grade Core Configuration

Equipped with our self-developed bridge-type movement of Grade 1 specification. All components meet the highest industrial standards. It delivers sufficient power and stable performance without breakdowns during long-hour high-temperature operation in summer kitchens.

Uniform Heating Without Blind Spots

Adopts a 216-strand pure copper high-frequency induction coil. It generates uniform magnetic field with large heating area and no heating dead zones.

The bottom of water tank is made of 7mm food-grade 430 stainless steel, and surrounding plates are 1.5mm 304 stainless steel. The tank remains undeformed and leak-proof after long-term operation.

The inner cavity of upper cabinet is fully made of 304 stainless steel, complying with national standards.

Built-in anti-dry burning function, anti-overflow function and deodorization function.

The water tank is divided into cold water zone and hot water zone to reduce float ball vibration and extend its service life.

Detachable sealed water tank design: it stores steam first and then releases concentrated steam for large steam output. The tank cover can be opened regularly to clean limescale.

Superior Thermal Insulation Performance

The upper cabinet adopts full welding workmanship, filled with thermal insulation cotton, and the cabinet door is foamed for heat preservation.

Equipped with a 32mm (1-inch) one-piece high-temperature resistant drain valve.

High Protection Grade

The cooling fan, power adjustment switch and display screen of the equipment all pass Level 6 dustproof, waterproof and oil-fume resistance tests.
