High-Grade Core Configuration

Equipped with our self-developed bridge-type movement of Grade 1 specification. All accessories meet the highest industrial standards. It delivers sufficient power and stable performance without breakdowns during prolonged high-temperature frying in summer kitchens.

Uniform Heating Without Blind Zones

Adopts 216-strand pure copper high-frequency induction coil. It generates even magnetic field with large heating area and no heating dead zones.

Durable Oil Tank Structure

The oil tank bottom is made of 7mm food-grade 430 stainless steel, and surrounding panels are 1.5mm 304 stainless steel, complying with national standards. The oil tank remains undeformed and leak-proof after long-term operation.

Fitted with Omron digital temperature controller with high control precision. Temperature range: 0~280℃.

For automatic lifting fryer: Each lifting rod supports independent frying time setting and data storage. Users only need one-touch start for subsequent operation.

Equipped with a 32mm (1-inch) high-temperature resistant one-piece drain valve specially for fryers. Oil can only be drained after opening the cabinet door to avoid accidental scalding of operators.

High Dustproof, Waterproof & Oil-Fume Resistant Grade

The cooling fan, power adjustment switch and display screen of the equipment have all passed Level 6 dustproof, waterproof and oil-fume resistance tests.
