High-Grade Core Configuration

Equipped with our self-developed bridge-type movement of Grade 1 specification. All components adopt the highest industrial standards. It provides sufficient power and stable performance, free from malfunctions during long-duration high-temperature operation in kitchens during summer.

Uniform Heating Without Blind Spots

Fitted with 216-strand pure copper high-frequency induction coil. It generates uniform magnetic field with large heating area without heating dead zones.

Durable Water Tank & Cabinet Construction

The water tank bottom adopts 7mm thick food-grade 430 stainless steel, and surrounding walls are made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel. The tank stays undeformed and leak-free after long-term use.

The inner cavity of upper cabinet is fully constructed from 304 stainless steel, complying with national standards.

Built-in anti-dry burning, anti-overflow and deodorization functions.

The water tank is divided into cold water zone and hot water zone to reduce float ball vibration and extend float ball service life.

Detachable sealed water tank design: steam is accumulated first before concentrated discharge for large steam output. The tank cover can be opened regularly to clean limescale.

Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance

The upper cabinet adopts full welding process, filled with thermal insulation cotton, and the cabinet door uses foam insulation.

Equipped with a 32mm (1-inch) one-piece high-temperature resistant drain valve.

High Protection Grade

The cooling fan, power adjustment switch and display screen all pass Level 6 dustproof, waterproof and oil-fume resistance tests.
