High-Grade Core Configuration

Equipped with our self-developed bridge-type movement, Grade 1 full configuration. All components meet the highest industrial standards. It delivers ample power and stable performance, free of breakdowns during long-hour high-temperature operation in kitchens during summer.

Uniform Heating Without Blind Spots

Adopts 216-strand pure copper high-frequency induction coil. It creates uniform magnetic field with large heating area and no heating dead zones.

Heavy-Duty Water Tank

The bottom of water tank is 7mm food-grade 430 stainless steel, surrounding walls are 1.5mm 304 stainless steel, compliant with national standards. The tank remains undeformed and leak-proof after long-term use.

Built-in anti-dry burning protection.

The water tank is separated into cold water zone and hot water zone to reduce float ball vibration and extend float ball service life.

Detachable sealed water tank design: it accumulates steam firstly then releases concentrated steam for large steam output. The tank cover can be opened regularly for limescale cleaning.

Equipped with a 32mm (1-inch) one-piece high temperature resistant drain valve.

High Protection Grade

The cooling fan, power adjustment switch and display screen all pass Level 6 dustproof, waterproof and oil-fume resistance tests.
